After the long hard training recently with up to 140k hilly spins aiming for the ww200 I Hav aquired a Poxy niggly knee. Now I can cycle on it but on a hill I'd say it's 50% of power gone and sore. With de 200 round the corner I'm just wondering wats de normal amount of time to get over this type of thing.

    Cheers for any replies

    Yours,

Unfortunately this relates to a specific medical issue, and medical advice is not allowed. You need to see a doctor or physo

I therefore have to close the thread
