endometriosis????

Had a appt with gyn and have been told i have Endo by internal and he is gonna do a lapo to confirm....My question is could he have got it wrong??? Also my bloods for Rhumatroid has come back positive but doc says its negative for Arthritis...... Would be grateful for any info..... Thanks
