    Just wondering if anyone has a healthy honey chicken recipe??

    Stirfry some onion garlic chicken and mixed peppers

    Add a drop of dry sherry and some soy sauce

    Just before serving add a table spoon of wholegrain mustard and a table spoon of honey

    Last Christmas we decided on goose, so I went looking for recipes, and found a Gordon Ramsay one that sounded good. I tried it out on a chicken a week or so before Christmas Day, and it was really lovely (was great on the goose, too).     You get a nice crispy skin that tastes really good. Just adjust quantities and cooking times for the smaller bird.
