Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The drink should reflect the personality of the host. I'm guessing something flat and bland? Year old TK Lemonade it is.

Hi Amdub, is that the one that The History Channel were unsure of airing because there was possibly too much dramatic license used in the writing.. ?
I cant see how they will cover all of their lives in 8 hours.. I mean surely two of the shows have to be about the assassinations in 63 and 68.. and dont talk to Jim Corr about what happened to John John in 1999..

I saw a bit of it,

Very cheesey, more of a 'Movie of The Week' than a proper chronicle of The Kennedys.

Jeez Sam, I'd say you're a tough date.. a lad would be under a lot of pressure to be entertaining.... After 15 minutes, if the chap wasnt doing cartwheels while telling "knock knock" jokes, you'd be outta there..

Snooker has never been the same since Hurricane Higgins was on the go.

    It's all very dull now.

My mother kept us kids up late to watch Denis Taylor V's Steve Davis in the 1985 World Snooker Championship. What a wonderful sporting moment!

He was a good looking boy alright.. Big conspiracy about his death.. Lot of strange things about that one... But then I guess there is a conspiracy about everything these days.. Apparently the fuel selector valve (which is used for controlling which petrol tank the engine pulls fuel from) on JFK's plane was found in the OFF position.. This should only happen if there is an engine fire... explain that one to me.. *cue Unsolved Mysteries music*

I went to an exhibition they put on for charity last year, great night.

Both had some great stories and banter.

That final was epic, I remember being allowed stay up for it, great night!

I used to be a great snooker fan. I heard Ken win the world championship (heard!) as i wasn't allowed watch it on the main telly so stuck a coat hanger into the back of my old portable telly up stairs - no proper reception! Was told to shut up when i started jumping around cheering. :D
