    I literally have just thrown out half a bowl of beans with nando's sauce. Thrown out because I hadn't noticed the maggots. Now i'm trying to stave off puke.

    Heat 1 tin of Heinz beans

    Add lots of hot sauce.

    Grate in lots of strong cheddar.

    Serve on toast.

    Nom nom nom.

    They're a wonder food. One of the reasons the German's were beaten toward the end of WWII was they couldn't feed their men. The Americans at this stage were almost exclusively eating beans as a large part of wartime agriculture knew how valuable they would be to a soldier. Full of protein and tasty mmmmmmm...

    I love them but I was put off them for years before after a babysitter used to cook them so bad when I was young...she would re-bake them in the oven making their jackets pop off ugh

    Red kidney beans are nice in homemade chili. I am not a huge fan of highly processed beans.

    Beans on toast is a lovely little snack/supper & its a relatively low fat meal.

    I do be does like beans so i duz.

    Oh & of course its gotta be heinz. If you disagee with this....you are a pervert. Simple as that.:)

    I've been known to take down a whole tin of them in a single sitting. In fact, i'm gonna go to town on a 400g tin of Heinz beans right now!

    Anyone who doesn't like beans is just plain beanist!

    I'l tells ya whats a lovelys variation on the tin of beans thing. If your goings to bes havin any bbq's this summers takes a tin of beans, remove the lid obviously & just fcuk the lot on to the bbq to cook away for a while.

    Right, this is where I really start to sound weird. I build a little wall made of chips between the beans and the chips so they don't touch. There's also a section left for ketchup. I don't eat the chips that are part of the wall.
