Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I turn 29 on the 19th so if the 18th is selected after midnight I will demand 29 people to sit on my lap and give me a birthday kiss.

Demand I tells ya. Ye have been warned!

    Oh, you're kilkenny too?

I'd be tempted to head back for the fest, but i have sneaking suspicion that i'll have work and similar boring things to attend to.

I'm always around dublin for some beers though :pac:

One thing I would say about this is that not everybody will have suits/dresses to wear. I have a suit that'll knock your socks off, but I imagine there'll be people who wouldn't. Plus there'll be girls with plenty of dresses who'll say "But I have NOTHING to wear" :pac: I guess they could wear a birthday suit instead.....:D

But joking aside, just be wary that not everybody will have stuff to wear or they may not have the cash to splash out on getting them.

But the idea is a good one. I love wearing a suit and every girl looks like a princess in a dress!

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,247 ✭✭✭Maguined

Suits should only be agreed depending upon the venue.

Wore a suit to The Grand Social and regretted it the second I walked into that stuffy sweat fest.

Suits in a nice bar would be a welcome change. You can't beat the old Irish pub but it looks a bit odd to be crammed into a snug wearing suits!

Well I have zero dresses and most definitely no money to splash out on one for the forseeable future, so I shall just be dressed in regular night out clothing even if ye lot are in suits and stuff :D

Will wear what I wore to the last Noc beers, it's black and white those are dressy up colours, do me grand :pac:

Goaty only once have I worn a dress and that was a last minute Halloween outfit and the fact I knew I wasnt going out in public was the only reason I donned that particular attire.

    Never again.

Every time I bent over to pick up a beer my giblets tried to make an appearance.

Not suitable for a family audience!
