You were there for the last screening of that? I watched the opening credits and then took myself into the other bar and drank gin...lots and lots of gin.

Nah, I watched it in monkeyfudge's house one night when a few of us retreated there after a beers.

Good luck with the room tomorrow!

Well I've seen the Bernard shaw & messr's being thrown in the hat!

Messr's is central, TBS is not so central for anyone travelling Northside or to the commuter towns.

    Other options could be:
    Market Bar on Fade street
The Dandelion & Synnotts up there on Stephens Green

Other than those places I'm only familiar with the bars in the IFSC which are dead on the weekends!

I'd like to try The Bernard Shaw myself. Pizza Bus! Only open till 12.30 I've been told so need to take that into account.

Dandelion is very expensive! And the door people can be a-holes. Synotts is great craic but the music tends to be really loud so not great for a meet-up.

    Messr's
The Church (although Dord says nO!)
    Market Bar

I was in The Lott's Bar on Liffey Street recently and that was very nice! Not sure if its too small/gets packed though.

    Sheebeen Chic?

Oh what's the name of that pub on the corner in the IFSC Morri?? Meant to be nice.

    French Fancy pusher :pac:

    Some suggestions for it:

    Kehoes on South Anne Street

Café en Seine on Dawson Street (there is a bookable upstairs fyi)

The Front Lounge on Parliament Street

And the Bernard Shaw was my original suggestion

Plus we could always copy the last beers and kneel before Larianne's planning :pac:

    Well SOME people appreciated them!!

I like Kehoe's but it gets ridiculously packed at the weekend.

Cafe En Seine I don't like. It's pretty inside but the atmosphere is not.

Only been in The Front Lounge but I like it!

Pepe, The Odeon in so so far away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :pac:
