    Push press and rows were good. First heavy back squats in a while all felt good up till the 100kg. The last rep and the three sets weren't exactly ideal. Glad I decided to go for sets of 3 before hand to ease myself back into them. Might start on 90kg for sets of 5 on Friday.

    Had a chest infection last week. So first day back decided not to go nuts. Felt really low on energy and just got through it. Everything felt rubbish. Though its good to get back to the gym after 10days of sitting on my arse coughing my lungs out.

    The cleans at 65kg just weren't happening. Which is a little disappointing. Front squats and bench were grand. After that I just messed about with a kettlebell.
