In my defence it is hard to think of someone as a grown up adult when you have seen a photo of them dressed as rainbow brite!

Though I was more of a strawberry shortcake man myself, even had bedsheets. :D

I don't even want to know what that's supposed to be a euphemism for! :pac:

Red heads uber blondes? God, if only my knowledge of girlie cartoons was better. Wouldn't have this issue if he had Thundercat underoos!

No euphemism at all, strawberry shortcake was an awesome cartoon from my childhood.

Jesus, man. That was a girl's cartoon. My sister liked it.
Did you enjoy Mrs. Pepperpot as well?

    For shame.

Cooking and baking are not girly, they are awesomely delicious.

Don't get me wrong, when it comes to the food side of things I'm there.
    But that show was dire.

When M.A.S.K. et al where on the cards I wouldn't be wasting my time with Ms. Shortcake. On a side note, the doll of her smelled like strawberries and even that didn't make the show any way redeemable.

I still love and accept you Mags.

Whatever you do, do NOT go back and check out Mask. Tis AWFUL.

This is a really busy weekend but I shall try and at least show up for both nights. Tis My loyal Captain, after all!

I'm afraid I have made this mistake already.
Besides the theme tune everything sounds off.

Plus those little ending dealies are embarassing.

At the time it was great though.

It wasn't even Yo Joe here to be fair.

In Europe, G.I Joe was Action force- the greatest heroes of them all, and insteat of being inspired by the mythical original joe, they were a spin off of Action Man (who may have been the same thing as Joe- My toy fu is weak pre 80's).

It's weird that in the 90's action man then became it's own, totally seperate, huge toy franchise anew.

I totally remember that. Same voice actor did Starscream and Cobra Commander.

Yup, guy by the name of Chris Latta. Sadly passed away. I remember my jaw dropping when seeing this episode as a child! There's another episode where possibly maybe Jem and the Holograms are in a college, and the character Melissa Faireborne from series 3 of transformers is supposed to be I think Flint and Lady Jayes daughter.

Being hugely inept and treacherous and constantly trying to do away with megs and serpentor, Latta always got the fun weirdly likable characters :)

Time to make arrangements for a band to start playing every time Wolfie says something or goes to take a drink...
