bus from sligo to dromore west?

anyone know of a bus that travels to and from dromore west to sligo at regular enough intervals, and does not like to go via tuam or knock?

There is a bus that goes from Sligo to Ballina in Mayo and that goes through Dromore West. Check on the bus eireann website for times.

I regularly get a bus from dromore to sligo, don't rely on it being on time, they are usually 15+ mins late.
