    As DeVore said in the thread you linked to - they get a S8 a couple of times a year - didn't say if from Gardai but from a Judge.

    what I would wonder is whether you will be informed that your details have been sought and given - at any stage - obviously if you are the focus of a Garda enquiry you would not know it at the time - probably a condition of the order.
