Kilmore AC are giving a bonus of 200 Euro to any women or man that betters the best time for the event. Currently 31:30 for men and 37:04 for women. Details here

Just a few updates. Postal entries should be posted at the latest tomorrow. Download a postal entry form here. The early bird entry fee of 15 Euro finishes on-line at the end of next week. That can be done here . After that the price goes up to 20 Euro on-line and on the day.
