Eircom's free upgrade from 8MB to 24MB - Carlow?

    Hi,

    Just wondering if Eircom have any plans to roll out the free upgrades for those on the 8MB package to the 24MB package? I see a lot of people are being offered the upgrades at the moment. If so, any idea on what sort of timeframe?
