Where can I buy Quail in Dublin?

    Im trying to find Quail in the city centre or North Dublin. The usual spots have been tried - superquinn sutton, fallon & byrne but no luck.

    Any help would be much appreciated. :)

    Have you tried Lidl or Aldi?
    I know that Lidl have had them in the freezer section in the past.

    Moving to Dublin City as the locals may be able to advise you better.

    Dunnes Stores in Charlestown,finglas has them quite a lot...they're kept with the duck and turkey etc.

    Downeys in Terenure probably have them but if that's too far out there's a butchers on Camden St that might-I got some poussin there before when no-one else had them.

    I would have assumed it was quite easy to find game birds in the city centre?

    Try the Butchers in Moore Street for both the Ostrich and The quails

    Have gotten unusual meat there before so they may have it.

    Dont know the name of it but its the one at the top of Moore Street near to Mary Street

    Nolans in Kilcullan in Kildare should have them.

    Its not Dublin but its not that far down the N7

    quail eggs are available on moore street and talbot street in most of the butchers. maybe they have the emat as well?

    Off the top of my head, don't think so but there is two butchers in Terenure village that do exotic game, such as ostrich, shark, wild boar, kangaroo, etc
