    Ello,

    The Youtube tags are great but I just noticed something that I can't seem to find by search through the feedback forum. When embedding an Youtube clip in a post, the functionality for starting the clip playback at a particular position doesn't work, par example:

    or:
    {YOUTUBE}v=gE7RZmkSnIw#t=311s{/YOUTUBE}

    Clip still starts at the beginning. Any chance of this functionality being implemented? Not a major issue but it would be nice.

    Ah... thanks for that! Linking directly from Youtube, by right clicking on the timeline and choosing the option there, puts it in the format I posted in the OP.

    Anyways, cheers OutlawPete!

    Nice one, and seeing as we're all helpy helpy here, to write out code without having to use the size tag to break it and make it viewable, use the noparse tag.

    Stolen and added to the N&F FAQ for embedding video.

    If it's any interest to Ross or Conor, I noticed that alot of people have (or at least had, the last time I was paying attention.) issue with that youtube tag. Pasting in full urls and the like.

    I had to write this for a project the last day. Given the full youtube address, it pulls the video code from it.
    '/[\\?\\&]v=([^\\?\\&]+)/'

    There's a pretty cool, if not underused, feature of boards, which is the Test forum, where you can get the hang of things.
