Carphone warehouse trade-ins

I am currently looking to get a new phone and noticed carphone warehouse will offer a €30 trade in on my existing phone (whereas i'll only get €15 off envirofone). And i was just wondering, do i need to bring along the charger, cables, original box etc or do they just take the handset for trade in??

Just the phone. But it needs to be a complete working model, back on the phone, and screen not smashed etc.
