Automatic Tools for Twitter?

    I've just started to use Twitter to try to get more followers and traffic to my site. I did not realise how its actually kinda easy, just got follow a load of people and 30%-40% will just follow you back!

    I notice that I seem to get automatic messages from many when I follow them. And some (I think) automatically follow you back - and then send you a message.

    Are there tools that do this for you? Are there tools that can automatically follow back anyone who is following you and then send them a message? What about tools that follow e.g. everyone on a certain list?

    Anyone I may follow who sends an auto message gets unfollowed, might just be me though.

    I'm not a fan of all that auto follow stuff (on follower mining of the kind you follow me, then follow who i follow, follow who they follow, etc...) but it does exist - google twitter autoresponders and see what it turns up.

    Software like social oomph will do it (as a paid model).
