    does anyone know of beginner or intermediate knitting classes around the terenure/harolds cross/rathgar area

    there was a big thread over in arts and crafts about stitch and bitch groups, i cant find it now but you try this one.

    There's a "Knitters Night Out" in Cafe Moda on Rathmines Road on Tuesday nights.

    It might be worth checking out the knitting shop in the Swan Centre (it's to the left of the stairs to the cinema) and asking the woman there about local classes.
