Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Serial number and examination by an authorised dealer should do it. If there's one in Dublin.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.

I would hazard a guess it's genuine , wouldn't think theres too much of a black market for the aul U Boats. For that price though I would definitely have a look at buying a new Sinn instead though! http://www.sinnwatches.com/products.php?cat=3
also available from Chronomaster UK online, I have a U1 and it is a topper.

Those Sinn watches are very nice. Interesting construction and diverse selection.

+1 on the recommendation for Sinn. They have a fantastic reputation and their build quality is amazing. I dont own one yet but I have held one in the hand though.

Damasko would also be a good option to look at.
