Just serviced my rear cup&cone (again as it was ticking), grease had disappeared from the drive side. a) anybody recommend any grease b) wheel is smooth running now and firm, but there seems like some resistance and the cranks are moving a bit rather than stopping when not being cranked, was wondering if I have pushed the…

b) wheel is smooth running now and firm, but there seems like some resistance and the cranks are moving a bit rather than stopping when not being cranked, was wondering if I have pushed the cover in to far that goes over the bearings on the drive side ?
