Your last chance to see DLB before he goes to The BBC. Maybe he won't come back. You never know!

It's the last waltz, and the guests include ...

    - An Taoiseach Enda Kenny
    - Neil Diamond
    - Gabriel Byrne
    - Alan Carr
    - Diarmuid Gavin
    - Pamela Stephenson

These musical guests will each be performing with the RTE Concert Orchestra

    - Il Divo

How could you not want to stay in to watch it?

RTE would seriously want to listen to the public and sort out the Late Late.
It has totally gone to the dogs since Tubridy took over.

RTE management should really be worried at having their flagship show scrape the realms it has of late.

Tubridy's interviewing style is like he has scribbled a few questions on the palm of his hand and hope for the best.

Seriously RTE,sort it out over the summer when the golden boy is away pestering the Brits (someone's head will no doubt roll at the BBC over that wondrous decision)The country's flagship show should not be let die a slow and excruciating death like this.

I wouldn't be a "regular" viewer but watch it occasionally when I've nothing better to do. I find Tubridy okay, he comes across as more "interested" than his Kenny, he seems to engage better with his guests, lets them tell their story the way want to. He seems to perform well when handling difficult topics, or even the more bizarre ones.

Rhys Ifans: On a personal level, I find the MI6 connection far more disturbing than the IRA connection.

Tubridy: Well, we'll go with the Irish angle here, if that's okay.

    Repeat every week.

Tubridy is'nt that bad, the quality of guests has been awful, RTE cant afford the big names anymore instead they just seem to raid the RTE canteen on a Friday night.

    From RTE's website
Host Ryan Tubridy is joined by guests including Neil Diamond, Gabriel Byrne, Alan Carr, BellX1, Colin Wilkinson and Il Divo, who perform with the RTE National Concert Orchestra. Last in the series

You wouldnt normally find the Orchestra hanging around the canteen...

Who's Colin Wilkinson? Was he sick for a while?

Neil Diamond's also playing the Aviva next month with Mary Byrne, first I've heard of it! Not a single ad on the radio about it

Considering what she gets paid for two hours a week, adding any more would bankrupt RTE.

Thank god, hope he gets lost in london.

Nonsense, I'll take care of him. Actually, am curious to hear what he'll be like on the sat slot on R2. Went off Ross on the wireless after the beeb neutered him and made him safe. Haven't listened to Norton; think he's terribly over-exposed.

Only saw RT for the first time when was back home in Feb. He had some mad woman on, banging on about visions of a lady or something. I felt like I'd stepped back into the 80s...
