Crayfish Trap

Hi folks, Bough a crayfish trap at one of the game fairs a few years back assuming that Irish rivers were infested with the foreigh crayfish species like the UK is. Luckily that is not the case! But it means my trap is lying idle. I'd like to get some use out of it. Just wondering is there anyting else I could use it…

But it means my trap is lying idle. I'd like to get some use out of it. Just wondering is there anyting else I could use it for..saltwater of fresh and edible if at all possible!
