Samsung S5600 Audio / Speaker Problem?

    Hi,quick question,maybe someone can help please?Wife Samsung s5600 Cara (' Preston ' model name in UK) has some kind of issue with internal speaker.She can hear phone calls perfectly but cant hear any music,ringtones or audio in videos...any ideas?

    I think this can be mainly down to Phone Profiles:
    If the phone is in "Silent" mode it will not play phone sounds but in-call volume is ok (it would still prompt you though if you want to play in silent mode)

    The only other thing I can think of is if the phone is in "Normal" mode, there is a setting within "Normal" profile for Phone Sounds called 'Phone Sound Volume' just make sure this is not set to 0

    If the above is ok, then it could point to a hardward fault..
