Personal/work rig and hardwareversand.de order

    Looking to order the below, with Pro/E in mind as well as personal use.

    I know the deal with amazon and scan.co.uk but how do you make a order from hardwareversand.de using a Irish business vat number?

    Intel Sandybridge i5-2500K
    Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3P-B3 / Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD3P-B3
    Corsair Memory Vengeance 4GB DDR3 1600 MHz
    XFX RADEON HD 6870 1GB BLACK
    XFX 650W XXX Edition, Modular
    Corsair Cooling Hydro Series H60

    Also rather it not be loud and run cool any suggestion on quite fans?

    Depends on just how quiet you want.

    Noctua NF-P12s, Akasa Apaches, Gentle Typhoon AP-14... They're a few, all roughly in the same noise range.
