Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The water was just a little under room temperature, not cold by any means.

Well when I say bite I meant it felt like a bite, probably sucked a bit too hard or something, that sounds very strange but its the best way I can describe it, sorry :o

Were any of you ill after having the fish pedicure?

There was a scene in a programme my kids watch on Disney :o and the characters all had one of these pedicures and end up in A&E vomitting soon after!:):o....

I do my own pedicure each week and my feet are well looked after so won't be trying this out any time soon!

Nope I wasn't sick at all and I had nice soft feet afterwards, going for another one soon enough. :D

    A knock off fish??:)

Is the water in the tank changed between each customer? If not the bacteria count must be off the charts.

I don't want to put my feet in diluted athletes foot or fungal infection, even if I could get past letting fish eat my skin. :(

Its stomach turning to be honest. :(

"This is why we feel it's important for salons to ensure the client has no underlying health conditions that could put them at risk, and that a thorough foot examination is performed to make sure there are no cuts, grazes or existing skin conditions that could spread infection."

It doesn't seem to me like they are ever cleaned. Have you ever seen them change the water in any of the tanks when you have seen one of these places? I also got some groupon vouchers for them and never used them in the end because it looks so gross.

I think the one in Stephen's Green is still open. Their site is still up and they're listed here
