Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It could be explorer.exe that's the problem. Or do you have any programs that would need to access those folders (like Windows Media Player or iTunes).

If you close everything open up My Music and try to do it again does it work?

Try Unlocker if that doesn't help. It's a handier way of seeing what's locking a file.

Unlocker is a handy little utility that will tell you what is 'using' the file(s) and will release the handle .

Could be an AV doing a scan at the time
You could also start in safe mode - you should be able to complete the move/copy then

Try going to Start -> Right click on 'My Computer' and go to 'Manage' -> go to 'Shared Folders' -> go to 'Open Files' and that might should what files are open
