Flies for waterford

heya all, Just a quick question, do any of you have any reccomendations for wet or dry flies for the lakes around waterford.. carrigvantry in particular. Im thinking of heading out there tomoro to wet a few lines.. any suggestions for flies and that would be fantastic.. look forward to ur help and advise.. kenny.. (",) :D
