Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Be careful welding with 29-9 rods as they are a hard facing rod and weld bead done with them can not be ground down with a angle grinder other than that a great welding rod for cracks or pieces under a lot of pressure a tad expensive though.

You can grind a 29-9 rod. I weld new ends on to the arms on the tractor and ground back the weld a few times where there was a slag inclusion.

great rods.. Will clock up the units on the meter....it won't stop spinning for about half an hour after you turn off the welder!
