    sixth?

    Do you say six-th

    or sikth?

My friends in the north all pronounce it sikth, thought they were fúcking weird until I was listening to someone on tv today and they pronounced it sikth. A lot of English people pronounce it that way, it just sounds wrong!

Sickth would be a common pronunciation in NI.

Surely the culchified Sixt should also have been an option.

people who say "sickth" should be slapped repeatedly

Yes the gob****es on Sky News started this nonsense about pronouncing 6th as "sikt".

Nowhere in the last 60-80 years of audio history has it ever been pronounced that way.

I'd say that's where people pronounce it with a "t" instead of a "th"
