8MB -> 24MB free upgrade

    Hi,

    2 or 3 weeks ago, I received the eircom letter, telling me my broadband will be upgraded to 24MB for free (Blackrock, Co. Dublin).
    Any idea about the timeframe?
    Any settings required on the modem/router?

    We also got the letter over a month ago, in Balbriggan. Heard nothing since.
