Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

had put it off for ages since i was a bit cowardly about climbs of any sort but decided to take this route (courtesy of gog who posted it a while back) and man up a bit

    http://connect.garmin.com/activity/80952762

i've been missing out all this time!

not familiar with this part of the country at all but a disappointed with myself for missing out on it for so long, usually head out towards meath/kildare.

wanted to post to say thanks to eugene who took pity on me at the sally gap and gave a hand with fixing a puncture (faulty tube i think, couldn't inflate it, glad i had a second one).

    cheers!

also realised that i have a terrible sense of direction and got lost round rathfarnham on the way out to the n81- should i have turned right at the yellow house pub?

ended up with around 95k, av, 27.2kph.

no excuses for next week now, will have to get back

It's a Garmin Edge 500 (According to lower left of the page).
I picked one up in Cycleways for €290 a couple of weeks back. It came in a bundle with Heart Rate Monitor and Cadence gizmo.
