Loving the new very "grown up" style of Ciaran!! Must try velveting the chicken too from the blog one of these days.

LOL, the grown up style had to be adapted as Ciaran had a big adventure this week, He was up in TV3 studios cooking along with Stuart o'Keeffe to be shown on TV3's morning show on Wednesday morning and a last minute request went into his Auntie to tailor his "Adult" size jacket to fit him. As the school year is on us again Ciaran will be taking a break from his videos to concentrate on jollyphonics and sums :D, his next video will be fish pie and then during the winter months we will prob make 1 or 2 videos to keep the "fan base" happy. Again I would like to thank the members of this forum for the kind words and encouragement they have given us as it was a summer that will hold so many memories.
