Was anyone else a but surprised Dave only gave him a 6 actually? I thought he might have given a better score.

So did I, but I noticed that he really wasn't that pushed on the food. Like, was perfectly polite and all - he's one of those contestants who have specific quibbles, which is good - but not too impressed.

I reckon there's a bit of tactical voting going on. This could be remedied by disregarding the lowest score.

Just read the interview with Dave Lamb in the RTÉ Guide - apparently an Irish celeb version could be on the cards, featuring Jedward as a pair trying their hand :pac:. Now that I actually would like to see.

Definitely would want to see that! What do ye think they'd serve?
My money is on alphabetti spaghetti and fish fingers, followed by jelly and ice cream for dessert with Vienetta for the more discerning guests. :D

Haha they'd probably rip the piss out of the show alright, although who knows? Maybe they're actually decent cooks

Did anyone get the feeling that Luisa suggested that dinner party game where people wrote something about themselves on a piece of paper just so she could boast that she sang for presidents and prime ministers?

She's done that a few times, her first one was to ask was everyone originally from Cork so she could let them know she was from Italy.

I'm afraid to say, but I agree with Louisa on that one. Helena is coming across badly, she should have taken the higher ground
