Drove up Courtbrack Avenue from the Dock road, and saw some guys walking up and down with placards.

I think one of the placards said Unfair Dismissal or Unfair Dismissals. Anyone know what it is about?

FORMER SHANNONSIDE OIL WORKERS STAGE PROTEST OVER UNFAIR DISMISSAL
30 May 2011Four former employees of Shannonside Oil in Limerick and Ennis are staging a protest outside the Limerick depot today claiming unfair dismissal.
The workers say that five weeks after they were made redundant without any negotiation the company have now advertised for people to fill similar positions.
Shannonside Oil was taken over by Corrib Oil three years ago and so far no one has been available from the company to comment on the protest.
Protestor Jimmy Jones worked at the Limerick depot of Shannonside Oil at Courtbrack Avenue for 20 years....

I saw them there yesterday morning as well, around 10am or so. Their placards said "Unfair Dismissal". What are the odds that the people who will fill their former jobs will do so on a lower wage?
