FXing large amount of EUR to NZD

Hi there, will be looking to FX a large sum of EUR to NZD over the next two months and am wondering what's the cheapest way of doing it. Both myself and partner have savings separately so combining them for one rate rather than two separate ones is the first step anyhow. Probably in the region of 10-15k in EUR. Will hope…

Hi there,

will be looking to FX a large sum of EUR to NZD over the next two months and am wondering what's the cheapest way of doing it.

Both myself and partner have savings separately so combining them for one rate rather than two separate ones is the first step anyhow. Probably in the region of 10-15k in EUR.

Will hope to have a NZ bank account setup soon enough but I am presuming that simply transferiing the funds from here to there and having the bank do the rate is not going to get me the best rates and will cost more.

Anyone more familiar with this offer some other options? Thanks
