Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

cost of renting land

    Just wondering how much would u be paying for mixed quality land to rent or lease per acre ? was thinking of renting about 16 acres just not sure how much per year would it work out at, want ti know some figures before asking

    rent/con acre no more than €100
    Lease 5yrs €120 1-2 year free to reseed and tidy up.
    Lease 7yrs+ €150 1-2 year free as before.

    you do realise it generaly gets cheaper on long term lease?, first 13k is tax free on a 5 yr+....:confused:
