Shrubs wilting after feed of phostrogen

I decided to give my Shrubs some phostrogen last night to give them a bit of a boost. However, this morning I see that 3 of them have wilting leaves with the ends going brown. Does anyone know if this is just a 'burn thing' which the shrub will recover from or have I killed these shrubs completely?

Did you get the concentration right? Did you pour it on the foliage and did it say anything about feeding as the base and not over the plants?
