Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

hey all, ive been on the look out for something to summer graze on some rented ground after 1st cut as cattle are dear at the moment i was holding off buyng but ive now heard a neighbour is selling off some sucklers with young calves as he reckons they are too late for him. hes looking for around the 1300 mark for them, the cows would be mainly continental x with charolais calves at foot a mixture of heifers and bulls ive no real housing for them so i was thinking of grazing the cows and calves then creep feeding the calves from sept to nov and feedng the cows as well for maybe 2 mths then selling the weanlings at around 8 mths in december at around 300kgs and selling the cows fat at 800kgs in december also thus avoiding wintering them

any one here do anything simular or know of any one doing it ?
