With the Cao deadline approaching I have only 1 course down with nothing to fall back on! If anyone has any ideas of good courses or knows of anyone doing the course, please let me know! Galway preferably and in the region of under 320 points! thanks!

It doesn't matter where you study as long as you like what your studying!

Nothing wrong with an IT! :)

    Why?

If there's a more appropriate course in GMIT, with a good rep, then that's what the OP should be looking at.

(And that's speaking as an NUIG graduate, and one who loved the place!)

EDIT: OP, this site: http://www.qualifax.ie may also be useful.

Oh sorry! I just thought like employers would prefer to see a uni course on your CV and in fairness Nuig is a great place to be:) No offence intended....
    OP, have you considered Arts?

That's not always true though, that's kind of our point! :)

It depends a lot on the course, and the course's reputation.

This statement, however, I endorse whole-heartedly!

Have considered trying a different course provider but I'm not sure if I am willing to move from Galway :/

True! Not sure what are of it though! If there was a part of IT that stood out to me I would most definitely try it :)

Have been using this site for all the courses man! ...Thanks!

I have indeed! The areas in it are so vast though and I don't know where it would bring me afterwards!

Thanks everyone for the help also :)
