Transparent app icons

Does anybody know if there is an app or a way of making the icons transparent?

I have a picture set as my wallpaper but all the app icons are blocking it.

Is it possible to make these icons still visible but see through if you understand.

I know there is an app in the app store called 'Pimp your Screen' but am not sure if this does it?

Anybody have any ideas?

It might be possible if you are jailbroken, but you certainly won't find an app on the official App Store that will do this.

I see. But what does the Pimp your Screen app do then? I can't really get my head around it's description.

as above you can probably do it in winterboard if its jailbroken
think pimp your screen app is just wallpapers like the icon glow ones

yeah winterboard can do that, icons blank i think is what ya need to select

I just put 4 apps / folders on my first page and scale the picture to fit underneath. All other apps on 2 page
