Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Are they even possible? must take some reduction in torque to get it up to speed?, would it be able to spread evenly?.... surely a donkey engines the way to go?, try your local ag quad man, might have an idea maybe

What're donkey engines or am I being wound up? :p

ATV spreaders are marketed mostly towards horsey people and small holders I guess. Though, in my situation one would be handy, the old man has a sheep shed full of old dung and I've land that would like it, but tractor spreader is out due to a few reasons, weight, traffic ability, and navigability. ATV wouldn't solve all of those, but it'd make a good dent.

If you take a poke around US sites, you'll see spreaders that were horse drawn. One guy on the Antique Tractor Forum made a new one in JD colours that looked great.

Most of these spreaders are more likely to be geared towards the lighter types of muck, not thickly matted heavy stuff. The latter is what I'd have if the sheep dung was fresh, but it's been there a good number of years now so fingers crossed :D

Here's a spreader made by ABI:

Would a pitch fork and transport box do ? You would probably have to fill the muck spreader by hand anyhow . If you could back the transport box into the shed all you would have to do is empty it with the fork
