Have an hour to burn tomorrow, looking for a nice place to sit out in the sun and have a few Bulmers. Only place that springs to mind is the Rivercourt. Is that a residents-only bar by the river, or can anyone go in? Any other suggestions?

Rivercourt is open to all. Billy Byrnes on Johns St. has a nice beer garden.

The beer gardens in Tynans, Left Bank and Paris Texas are both well worth a thought.

I was under the impression that Tynan's had to cease operation of their beer garden? That was a good while ago, maybe it's back in business since.

Ryan's is central and a nice beer garden.

Not too sure myself, it's been a while since I was in there.

Paris Texas beer garden is closed AFAIK. Unless they reopened it in the last few weeks.

Ryans has a nice little beer garden.
