Arnica Dosage

The midwife at my antenatal classes was also a homeopath and she recommended taking arnica once the labour starts in order to reduce the bruising. I just can't remember the dosage that she recommended. I asked in the health shop but they said to contact the homeopath again. The tablets are 30c. Anyone any ideas what dosage…
