    topped up online - top up went to meteor instead of O2
    bank said contact meteor to get refund.

    from 19th may meteor advised 10 working days for refund to go to my bank account.....still no sign refund

    every time i contact meteor by phone email - i'm told there looking into it and sorry for delay - has anyone ever had similar problem or bad experience withj meteor???

    well, if the bank made the error, they should just sort it out.

    if, however, you just selected the wrong network, then it is probably your fault, so they'll have to just wait for Meteor to bounce it back. I would assume where someone tries to credit an invalid number, the funds are eventually returned to the sender.
