sorry about the blunt title. Hypothetically speaking I have a sim card from a dongle here. If I had a unlocked nokia phone(god love me hypothetically) and joiku or say a rooted android phone. Could I turn it into a wifi hotspot? using the better rate/volume for data that the ipad friendly/laptop data plans give this is all…
