Right i am trying to get my 4.3e wii softmodded using the Smash Stack hack so i can stick some Emulators and usbloader on it

No mod has ever been done on this wii before

I am having no joy at all

I have deleted the custom stages and downloaded and extracted the Smash Stack files but the hackmii installer wont boot when i go back into the stage builder

I am working from the wiihacks method

Is there any easy way of doing this as i am coming close to flinging my wii out the window:confused:
Smash Stack - Works with 4.3u/j/e/k
-Requires "Super Smash Bros. Brawl" for your region
    -download Smash Stack.zip
    mirror
    -extract to sd:\
-Load SSBB , with sd-card removed, make a save file if asked
-Go to the stage builder, delete all custom stages found, exit the stage builder
-Exit all the way back to the main SSBB menu
-Insert SD-CARD, Go back to the stage builder
    -HackMii Installer loads

get the w/o save [v1] bin file

    create this folder structure: SD:/private/wii/app/rsbp/st/

put .bin file in the st folder you created

put the boot.elf from hackmii installer folder in root of card

Load Super Smash Bros Brawl. In the main menu, go to the Vault, then choose Stage Builder. It should load automatically.

That was the case originally, but now it doesn't matter, you can use any region SSB as long as it matches the region of your console.

OP, is your copy of SSB PAL?
