    I have been slacking off for the last six months or so. I now am finally sick of it, its time to go to work. I have put on around 9lbs and hope to lose that between here and end of august

    Todays training

    20secs each exercise for 3mins
    snatch l
    snatch r
    mts climbers
    rest 1 min
    thrusters
    high pull
    skipping
    rest one min
    squats
    burpees
    crunches

    3 rds, I am wrecked. Felt good to start this training log. it will help me focus.

    Today

    I weight myself this morning and its is worst I put on 10lbs. Not to worry it will feel good in a month or so when I losing some weight

    20kg KB
    50 two armed swings
    50 snatchs
    50 alternative arms
    50 cleans and press
    50 high pulls

    5 rds of 1:20 on, 40 secs off of hitting the punch bag
