New Gym in coolock industrial estate?

Hey was chatting to a guy and he said that a new gym had opened up in coolock industrial estate, bascially said its a giant warehouse with equipment in it sounds great:) just wondering anyone know about it

hey,
I was up there today

Membership is dirt cheap..

220 for the year..
or 40 a month..

good to just pay a month to see if you like it..

But thats what it basically is..
a warehouse with equipment!!

Its handy,
not many members just yet so its farely quiet.

Boxing ring,
Pads,
Bags etc..

has a good bitta' stuff..

Theres mainly men in it..

But sure hey,

We're all there to train!

What else is there, power rack and dumbells?

power rack there..

good few benches,
leg press,
squat machine..

dumbells from 5kg up to 35kg i think?

bars from 10kg..
not sure to what..

three? crosstrainers..
four? treadmills,
rower..

Ill look around again tomorrow, silly memory.:o

that makes it sound like there is f all,

haha a good lot of stuff and spread out too

they are in the process of building a studio and stuff,

and talk about a spin studio, to get the women in!
More money I guess!

Have they heating for the harsh winter that is about to come our way?:D

Nothing worse than ice cold bars - been there - although the sessions did go fast as you could not take much of a break for fear of freezing!

Nope the LA Welness is a couple of doors down.
It was Bodyworks gym being talked about in this thread>

The LA Wellness is more recent!

Have to say, have never met nicer, more supportive people than the guys and gals in Bodyworks gym!
