Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Guitarist wanted for up and coming covers band in Waterford area..

    Some covers include, Qotsa, Lenny Kravitz, Kings of leon, Arctic Monkeys..

    Currently getting a set of covers together and get gigging but would be looking to do originals also..

    Anyone out there?

    Yeah definately, sounds good, how long you been playing for, and how old are you? Are those bands your main influences?

    im 24..all of us around the same age..only jammed a few times with all of us..meself (bass) and ron the drummer have been playing together since we re 18..in two or three bands together over the years..the bands wouldnt be my main influence just some stuff we have been planning to do..just to get a set of stuff people would know to get goin in the pubs..with a strong view of doing originals...
    what kinda stuff you into?
    how old are ya?
    much experience in bands urself?

    I'm 18, been in one band for 4 years, we had a few gigs, and were in a BOTB final but we missed it cos our drummer was in ****ing Egypt :mad:
    Im into a lot, i can play pretty much any style and be happy, but im into Foo fighters a lot recently, and some jazzy stuff that i bring in to rock and crap like that

    we practice in dungarvan..have a space here at mine but there would be a lift up for you..the singer and guitarist live in waterford city and travel up for practice,,we should be doin a bit of a jam some time this week if ya wanted to come up and do a bit...if dat suits ya..
