depends on the style, rules of your style may limit your options.
ie. closed finger glove, weighted gloves or full contact or semi contact.
any good sports shop should have the mouthguard, shockdoctor is good brand.

You can also find a bargain on Amazon here

Bottom of capel street in Dublin. The lads down there are fairly sound. Also can try on sparring gloves as opposed to getting something to big / small online!
